In order to develop, through the AquaFil Project, a true cooperation between territories, each main partner has been cooperating locally with other public and private participants dealing with water and environment-related issues.

Most of local partners associated with the projects were associations working in the field of environmental pedagogy, schools, and bodies involving several municipalities and relevant to river management.
